3. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box when your customer record is created with Northern Star Mobile RV Services, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Northern Star Mobile RV Services. The following terms apply:

  • Program: Northern Star Mobile RV Services sends appointment reminders, technician ETA notifications, and service update messages.

  • Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your scheduled appointments and service activity.

  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to 304-534-9230 to unsubscribe, or reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@nsmrvs.com or 304-534-9230.

  • Supported Carriers: Compatible with most major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Privacy: Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. User Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using this service.

5. QuickBooks Integration

This application integrates with QuickBooks Online to sync customer and financial data. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize this application to access and sync data as described during the OAuth authorization flow.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
